Updating Software


Please follow the following instructions to update Eye Test KFR 2020 software on your computer/ PC.


  1. On the top menubar, click on the "Help", then choose "Check for Updates" button from the dropdown. (Fig.1)

  2. If there are new updates available, you will be prompted to download the updates. (Fig. 2) Click "Yes" to download the updates.

  3. Eye Test KFR Software updater tool will start downloading the updates as shown below. (Fig. 3)

  4. After the download is finished, you will be prompted to install the updates. (Fig. 4) Click "Ok" to install the updates.

  5. The program will exit and the new update will start to install. If you have enabled Windows Protection (an Operating System feature), the following pop-up will appear. (Fig. 5) Click "More Info" to enable the installation.

  6. Click "Run anyway" to start the Installation/Setup Wizard. (Fig. 6)

  7. Press the "Next" command provided in the installation/Setup Wizard to start the installation. (Fig. 7)

  8. Select the desired location you want to install the software and Press "Next" to continue installation process. (Fig. 8)

  9. Read the license agreement and click "I agree" and press "Next" if you agree the terms. (Fig. 9)

  10. The installation will begin. (Fig. 10)

  11. The software will be updated successfully (Fig. 11) Start the software using the desktop shortcut (Eye Test KFR 2020) or searching the Start menu by the name "Eye Test KFR 2020".
